Obligations
Ensure that you are evaluating the Job Seekers before referring them for a job opening.
Ensure that you referring the Job Seeker as per policies set by your employer/company.
Do not give an undue advantage to a job seeker such as providing help to bypass selection process in any way.
15% Marketplace fee is charged from Referral Incentive before transferring it to your bank account.
